We called them for a hose bib to be added to our outside garden. We live in a condo which required an insurance certificate be provided to the HOA. They provided all that was required, and did a top notch job on the bib. We are very happy.
We have used this company for at least 15yrs. 2-3 yrs ago they replaced a shower diverter for our daughters bathroom. It literally just never worked. The shower has not been used since. They have been to the house 2-3 times since to repair it, and each time we have been charged and each time they they say it works. Finally in Oct they said its broke again and needs to be replaced. It's a BRAND NEW PART essentially as no one has showered in there since the diverter was installed. Hardy refuses to discuss this and insists that we just have to replace the part again. We have been loyal to them and this is how they reciprocate?
Great company. Our best experience with a plumber. Michael was honest and knew what to do and fixed everything very fast. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the hourly charge. Thank you Michael and thank you Hardy plumbing.
