Have lived in the area for 12 years, and Kolb has been consistently responsive and with service people that continue to amaze me with their expertise - no matter what the issue. Our combination heating/air conditioning units, our propane water heater, our thermostats...over the years we have had to deal with a number of issues - and, unfortunately, usually on the weekends. Their service techs are quick to appear, quick to diagnose the problem and will usually have whatever part is necessary, or will know how to get it usually within hours.
