When we got there, I was impressed that we didn't have to wait at all--the appointment started exactly on time, which was a nice change. The stylist worked magic on my nephew's full head of curls, handling his hair with so much care and patience. She was gentle and meticulous, making sure each twist was flawless and that he was comfortable the whole time. You could really see the attention to detail in her work. The salon had a warm, welcoming vibe, and from start to finish, we felt well taken care of. “This salon is so welcoming! Doug is a true expert who understands hair and how to get the results you're looking for. A true artist with color and cut. His assistant Sarah is wonderful, too, and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process!
This was my first time getting my hair dyed. It is naturally pretty dark, but Doug knew how to lighten it just right so it would take the color. He understood what I was looking for and delivered!
I have gotten *so* many compliments and I feel great.
