Got my nails done acrylic with gel polish. The next morning on one nail the polish was peeled right off. Called they told me a time to come get it fixed. Show up and they make me sit and wait for an hour? They don’t seem to care about customer service at all.

Never disappointed with “M” at Natural Nails in Massena. She’s the sweetest & very articulate in what she does. People always want to complain at nail salons, but can never understand our world right now is short staffed and can only take so many clients at once! Proud of her and her coworkers for doing what they can for our community to keep us looking beautiful!? Myself and others in the beauty industry need self care too.☺️Service: Acrylic nails
