I was a walk in and they did a full set of nails right away. They did a really great job and I tipped the guy $20 for doing so well. I read the reviews after service there, and I did notice a few things that are consistent with other people’s reviews. A lady came in just to wait for her daughter’s nails to get finished. An elderly lady worker there with a silly ear muffed hat on stopped doing her current clients nails and went over to the lady and asked if she wanted to get her nails done. Got my nails done acrylic with gel polish. The next morning on one nail the polish was peeled right off. Called they told me a time to come get it fixed. Show up and they make me sit and wait for an hour? They don’t seem to care about customer service at all.
Never disappointed with “M” at Natural Nails in Massena. She’s the sweetest & very articulate in what she does. People always want to complain at nail salons, but can never understand our world right now is short staffed and can only take so many clients at once! Proud of her and her coworkers for doing what they can for our community to keep us looking beautiful!? Myself and others in the beauty industry need self care too.☺️
