The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with any issues members bring up. The gym has a convenient location, helping to save the surrounding Sunrise Mall from demolition. Many visitors appreciate the good equipment and the sense of community among regulars, which provides motivation during workouts. Although some equipment may be outdated, it remains a solid choice for a late-night workout. The gym also features amenities like tanning, recovery services, and a spa to meet various member needs. However, some members do not respect the gym properly, leaving dumbbells on the floor, misplacing weights on racks, and hogging machines. The recovery room, including the hydro massage, can sometimes be left in a messy state from overnight, with garbage and damage to equipment like the activation box. Despite these issues, the gym has great potential if members show more respect. Overall, it is a popular spot for those seeking a comprehensive fitness experience.
Probably the worst gym in the area. Half the machines are broken and they don't get fixed for months. Employees don't seem to care, the lobby is always filthy. They replaced paper towels with weird new wipes that don't do anything. For the cost of the membership, I can't expect much. However, I'd expect it to be better than a planet fitness but that doesn't seem to be the case
More than half the machines don’t work and almost every locker has had a lock on it for months. Not the best gym
La fitness took over this gym a couple months ago and somehow it got worse. At least 25% of all machines are broken, not including cardio machines. No water fountains for 2-3 months easy.
X sport was bad , la fitness is worse.
Had an interesting experience tonight. After my workouts I usually like to use their showers. Well while sitting and relaxing on a bench in the locker room watching my show. Not realizing there were 2 men in the woman's room. I'm like hi whay are you guys doing here. 1 guy goes I have a job to do we are here to clean. I'm like what. Would have been a nice notice to know some men are in the woman's room with us. He goes there is a sign in the front. I'm like I'm in the woman's room sitting on a bench how do u want me to see it through walls??? Had a nasty attitude about it.
