This is the best martial arts school on Long Island. Great tournament champions self defense and character building. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking for personal development in mind body and spirit.
I took a weekend class in this dojo and had the pleasure of meeting Anthony the sensei that runs the place. He was amazing and the whole establishment was as great. I wish I living in the area so I could attend class there. Thanks for being an amazing host! Cowabunga!
Anthony is very respectful,made me feel at home in his Dojo.I didn't train there for Martial Arts but took my CCW class certification here love the setting,very clean and comfortable would recommend this school just off the strength of the attitude and environment.. Thanks Arango
