Hydrate Health & Wellness is my go to place! I’ve known the owner Alyse for a long time now. She is knowledgeable and super sweet! She makes you feel like you’re at home. The place is welcoming, peaceful, and a nice retreat. Alyse offers a variety of services- foot baths, red light therapy, sauna, and vibe! Alyse also offers many natural products. One of my favorites is the homemade sea moss. It has helped with my hypothyroidism and inflammation! Just a week of taking it, I felt like the puffiness of my face went down! Love this place and Alyse! Check them out!

Awesome place. Elise, the owner is so helpful and informative. Always works with you to be sure you can schedule what you want, answers any questions you have. Place is always spotless as well. Since starting here I have noticed such a difference in how I feel, between the saunas, vibration and hydrogen water….excellent addition to my life style.
