This was my first time going to Grand Central Salon and I will never go anywhere else! Victoria listened to what I wanted and made several suggestions. Absolutely GREAT salon!! Victoria is the owner, & also did my hair, that was in horrible condition a total mess and she made it look absolutely beautiful she is sweet kind every person that walked in there left with beautiful hair everybody there is so talented and I had a great time I would definitely recommend the salon and the prices are so reasonable????Services: Hair coloring
