Cathy is truly a Godsend! After visiting one other salon and having a terrible experience , I made an appointment at Catherine Robert's. I walked in, we chatted for a few minutes and I showed her a pic of how I normally wear my hair. The first wig she put on and I looked just like myself. it was astonishing!! She cares about her customers, and wants them to feel great when they walk out the door. She also gave me more information, about when my hair would start falling out, than anyone else had. Because of her I was not blindsided when it started. I was expecting it. She helped me fill out the paperwork for my insurance company too so I could get reimbursed ASAP! After wearing the wig for the first time, the hair was a little long around my face. I went back to Cathy and she cut more bangs into the wig and framed my face. it is now perfection. I pull in into a barrette, which is what I did with my own hair and even my husband and son forget I have no hair (for now:)) I will be making another appointment for a shorter wig for when my hair starts growing again so I can transition from long wig to short wig to short hair! Thank you Cathy! you have made this process so much easier for me!
This is the only place that you should ever consider when shopping for a wig. Catherine was extremely kind, warm and knowledgeable about her chosen business. She made my wife extremely comfortable and at ease with her knowledge about chemo treatments. She has been very helpful and extremely eager to make her treatments as easy as possible. I could not recommend this shop any more. Thank you from both of us.
My mother and I were recently there to shop for wigs. Catherine was extremely patient and took time to let us try on so many different styles. She has a kind heart and easy demeanor. She was a pleasure to work with.
