So ruuuuuuuuude! I have never seen such an unfriendly person manning the front desk of any business… This woman is so nasty that I just couldn't even believe what I was witnessing. I left my One garment there only because I already paid for it and didn't feel like telling her give me my clothing and my money back So I'm not sure if it's going to be taken care of in a professional manner because I did tell her that she was absolutely the rudest person I have ever come across in any business!! THIS PLACE GETSA ZERO!!!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER IS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE!!! TODAY I WENT IN TO GET A WHITE LINEN SUIT CLEANED, MIND YOU LAST YEAR THEY PROMISED MY SUIT ON A GIVEN DAY BUT WHEN I RETURNED TO RETRIEVE IT THE PANTS WERE DELAYED BY ONE WEEK WITHOUT EXPLANATION, CAUSING ME TO NOT HAVE IT FOR MY EVENT. This place is the worst. Every time I have gone the lady in the front attitude gets worse. I havent really patronized their business, but some in my family have. I have seen her be uninviting, unfriendly and when I went in today to ask about my jacket she was outright disrespectful. All these ppl on here saying they have had similar accounts with this lady can’t all be lying. Yet many still patronize this place. It is quite obvious they only want customers of a certain look.
