I have been trying and failing for 4 days to get them to approve the refill of my prescription. I have explained to them I am out of it and requested they expedite things. That was 2 days ago and it's still not approved
I called for a fallowup from an emergency room visit and Jessica and Dr, C ended up working through lunch to squeeze me in. Idk about you but that's dedication to their patient.A few things I find great about this practice is they have many types of drs at their disposal. They can do xrays, ekg, echo thingamajig to take pics of heart, that treadmill test amongst other tests and if not theres a zwangwr right down the road.They have pulmonol, cardiol, endocrinol, rheumatol ogists, internist, nurse practitioners, and etc. It's well staffed and I'm able to take care of most issues in house. It was my first time going to a cardiologist. I was taken in practically right away. Dr. Blair is a very amazing and kind cardiologist. The medical assistant, Eleni, was very comforting and made my visit a lot less stressful. 10/10 recommended!
