This is such a peaceful studio.... from the moment I first walk in I felt comfortable I felt welcomed and I felt at peace. my practice has only been about one year and I frequented the studio several times and each time it gets better and better I could not recommend this place enough for classes and the people who attend. Its wonderful and it has a very authentic feel, very genuine and rooted in the ancient practice from mysore in India

The safest, warmest, most open space to practice yoga. Aura will introduce you to yoga if that's what you need, and if you have more experience she will meet you where you are so that you can achieve your own goals safely. She is a humble and kind teacher with tons of experience; she loves what she does and loves sharing it with others. She is the ideal of what a yoga studio should be. Also, the studio is always clean with any props you might want readily available, and it offers a variety of classes so you can easily find something that works for you.
