This has to be my favorite location the customer service is exceptional. Everytime I go here my order is correct they listen . I will continue to order from this location . Keep up the great work .

I visited today and Lauren and Julia were amazing! I was in line in front of a very impatient woman who kept huffing and saying things under her breath, and Julia didn't bat an eye and remained so kind. Lauren helped me find the tester I was looking for, and showed me what will now be my new signature scent :)

Always the greatest experience here! Raven is the best at what she does, I refuse to go to anyone else. Not everyone can handle my locs but Raven is a master at her craft !!! She’s personable, professional and just all around amazing. and all the Ulta Mass staff are so nice and helpful. Never going anywhere else!!!?
