It was the saddest day I can remember July 13, 2025 the day my beloved Mom Lucy Agovino “My McGillicuddy” passed away. I was just heartbroken and I didn’t know where to even start and then I remembered Gina Giaimo at Massapequa Funeral Home and how great she was when it had been my Dads time. With one phone call to Gina everything was taken care of instantly. Gina immediately took control and made it all so easy and simple. Had a very positive experience at the Massapequa Funeral Home. The staff was kind and helpful during a difficult time. Everyone there was patient and went above and beyond to make sure our family's needs were met.
Gina and the entire staff at the South Chapel did a wonderful job, guiding us through the whole process and supporting us during what is of course a difficult time. The funeral home itself has a calming effect when you walk through the door, helping to give you a sense of peace. Thanks to all!
