Came in town for a wedding. Bride, MOB and step mom scheduled appt for nails. We were not seated together! All done at different times and they tired to get each of us to pay (not telling the others but it was all prepaid!) Then since we were all done at different speeds we sat there drying for 1.5 hours. When we got up to leave the woman at the desk followed us out screaming that we didn’t give a tip. Not a problem except it was left in the prepaid. She was screaming at us! So to shut her up we gave her more tip but then I had to reach in my purse and chipped off paint on my nail. Not a great experience.
Fantastic experience at I memory. The salon is clean, pretty, and relaxing. My nails always come out perfect when Vivi does them. She's excellent with artwork and designs as well.
Vivi (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) was great!! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she matched it. She is very detailed and great at what she does! I recommend not only her but this nail salon to everyone!! Ask for vivi you won’t regret it :)
