Joe was the perfect Home inspector. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took his time, checking every aspect of my potential house. Joe Cooney came to do the inspection of the home we were looking to buy. He did a very thorough, professional inspection. He spent a considerable amount of time testing and visually inspecting critical components of the house, and encouraged us to follow along while he explained what he was doing each step of the way; he answered every question we asked in a patient and courteous manner. The house was in a flood zone and he had so much extra valuable information about what to look for when living on the water. He spent so much time with us and his experience as a contractor was also very valuable information. When we called Joe, he came to do the inspection the very next day and then had our insepction report written up by the following day so that we could move quickly though the buying process. There is no better man to call for your home inspection!
