I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. They have helped me twice now in really, really difficult situations over the last six weeks. Amber and Jodi at the main office go out of their way to help people in difficult situations and they helped make this awful situation better for my family. Logan came and quickly diagnosed issues with my Navien tankless heater and he was polite, efficient and neat in his work. He was honest about follow up and gave great advice on next steps. Highly recommend trusting this folks.

We are very satisfied with Hines. We were able to talk with a person who actually helped us get our furnace running. We had Jody come and check it out and he was very professional and the cost was less than we were quoted by another company. We will be sure to call them in the future when needed. Thank you
