“EJ's was my second choice, should of been my first as I was ghosted by my first choice.
EJ answered immediately and we set up a meeting so he could look at my roof. I did know there was an issue just unsure of repair or replacement.
EJ was direct and friendly. He came back in a couple days with a paper estimate showing exactly what was necessary ( just removing old rolled matetials and insulation board)and also the possibility of complete removal and replacement.
Scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, full crew. Completed the job with just removal of old rolled material and insulation in 5 hrs! Picked up, had to replace 3 vents with new. Pictures of before and after, also guarantee.
Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable. I found EJ on the Fayetteville Manlius fb group.
