The new roof looks amazing; you can't tell it's a steel roof, it looks like standard shingles roofing. The crew got here early and went right to work, tearing the roof apart, putting it all back together, and the cleanup was amazing. They did a great job, very polite, and let customers know if there were any issues. They made sure every nail and staple was off the ground before they even left. Luis Arellana and his crew were sub-contracted through Erie to install a new roof. 2900 sq. ft. removed and installed new in one day. They started at 7 am and were done and cleaned up by 4 pm. His crew was extremely polite and professional. The only noticeable difference was a beautiful looking new roof.
They completed all the necessary work in a day. Came the second day to fix any loose ends and even ran a magnet through the yard to make sure no metal was left behind!! I would absolutely recommend Erie home. We will be completing other projects and will be using them!
Wonderful customer service and excellent work! They were patient, answered all of our questions, coming back several times to meet with different family members and answer their questions. They completed the entire job in one day including multiple stages of preparation, safety measures and clean up. The end result is beautiful and we’re very satisfied!
Be prepared to pay a high price. The sales team will make you feel like you’re getting a deal, but you’re really not. We thought we were getting product specific to Erie Home. We were wrong. We did not know until it was too late. Otherwise we would have looked into other options that would’ve been more cost-effective. 100% Our fault , not theirs, they did their job, they made a sale. We should have investigated further. In the long run it was the roofing crew that we were extremely happy with. The roofing crew did not speak English, but the young lady that was there in place of the site supervisor (Who was indisposed for the day) bridged that gap. Her and the whole...read full review
