When I arrived there was a minor glitch but the team took control of that situation and made things right for me. “I've been going to Dr. DeVincentis and Eye Consultants for almost two years now. Even today, with signs posted that they were short staffed, I sat in the waiting room and was in awe how every single staff person I encountered and/or watched was professional, kind, engaging to the patients, patient as the older folk walked toward them. I don't know if Dr. D has a specific team, but everyone who appears to be associated with him are outstanding, many of whom I routinely see. The front desk crew is always pleasant & efficient. It is refreshing, in this day and age, to see an entire medical group who appear to be a great group of people. Even short staffed, I was in and out in my normal time frame. I hope you guys see this and I applaud you for all you do.“

“I have to have an in person exam, this location is one of the few that offer this. From the phone call to set up the appointment to getting my glasses they were professional, respectful and patient. Facility was clean and uncluttered. The staff we dealt with were knowledgeable in the insurance used, my needs. Was treated as the main task at that time. We felt it was worth the travel, hence my husband set up an appointment, also received the same professional treatment.“
