I purchased a groupon during covid shut down, knowing that it would be a bit before it could be used. (I work in healthcare, believe me I get it.)I've since made THREE appointments and he canceled THREE TIMES with no explanation other than "social distancing " though they are allowed to open. My issue is, if you aren't comfortable to open yet, WHY KEEP TAKING APPOINTMENTS?!? And when I tried to reply and ask when he'd be looking to actually KEEP an appointment, I get no reply. Very unprofessional customer service.
