I called and set up a commercial service with this company for an emergency call i have. I had to give a CC upfront for the service, which i really dislike doing cause they can charge you anything they want and i was hesitant. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until they immediately called back and said the tech had a personal emergency and had to reschedule for the morning. Then first thing in the morning, they called to cancel again and said they weren't available for this till August. I called customer service and asked for a manager at 930 am and the very rude CSR, who wouldn't tell me her name said there was no manager available and hung up on me.
