“My mom and I flew in from Canada to New York for a multi-day special event, and working with Salon Posh was wonderful from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, and our makeup and hair stylist, Monica, made our appointments enjoyable! She communicated with me clearly and promptly leading up to the appointment, which was appreciated.

On the days of our events, Monica was amazing. She truly took her time to listen to what we wanted and brought our vision to life! She created both a colourful Indian-style look and a traditional Western look for us, and absolutely nailed both! Her skill in working across styles was so impressive, and she made sure every detail was perfect. She was also so kind, personable, and professional throughout the entire experience. Her warm and friendly nature made us feel completely comfortable, and her attention to detail was incredible. Our hair and makeup turned out beautifully for both events, and we received so many compliments!

Paola did my balayage and haircut, and she did an incredible job. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My color came out absolutely beautiful — soft, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. The haircut is perfect too; my hair feels lighter, healthier, and super easy to style.

Even the owner, Zuly, was amazing. She was so patient and really listened to what I wanted. I showed them a photo of the look I was going for, and she and Paola worked together to match it — and honestly, they made it look even better than the picture! The salon itself is super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. You can feel how much care goes into the details, from the service to the atmosphere. And the prices are very fair for the quality of work they do — totally worth it!

“Love this place. The gentleman (Mr. Joseph) cutting hair has been been doing it for over 50 years. His stories are worth the visit alone. He only charges $20 dollars for a cut and that includes the tip. I tried to give him more, he did not want to take it. This place is the definition of old school in the best way possible. My only regret is that I have lived in this town for 10 years and only recently discovered Mr. Joseph. I strongly recommend a visit.“
