Sam and her staff are phenomenal! I started 2 years ago with the beginners class. As a 66 year old male with multiple surgeries, I can tell you I’m a changed man. Not only am I pain free for the first time in 20 years but my golf game is back in the 70’s. Thanks to Sam, Bonnie, Kristie, Ellen, Laura & Amy you changed my life !!

I walked in and first thing Lora was very welcoming and so I felt very comfortable in the room as long as the other people around me. I feel better in the mind and body after a session as she did a great job.

From the Ground Up: Spring Wellness Retreat at Indian Brook Lodge, was curated and hosted by Samantha and Trevor of Yana Yoga. From arrival on Friday night to departing on Sunday evening, the whole weekend was infused with their love and care. Carefully thought-out offerings included yoga, cold plunging in the brook, Kirtan by the fire, breathwork, a sound bath, and a chakra workshop. The weekend was kicked off with an incredible dinner by Chef Humble, a meal that we were still talking about on Sunday. All the meals were healthy, homemade, and delicious.
