“I made a trip to Malone today from Lake Placid to pick up a few things. I decided to bring along my king and queen comforters to see if there was a laundromat I could wash them in as my washer and dryer in my house isn’t big enough. I googled laundromats in Malone and three popped up, but one was closed and the reviews for East End Laundry were pretty good so I chose to do it here. What an amazing experience, the place was immaculate. The machines were beautiful and worked really well getting my comforters, nice and clean and dried quickly. I had never seen dryers that rotated clockwise for a couple minutes and then reversed counterclockwise to keep your laundry from just turning into a ball. The whole ambience of the laundromat was a great experience…the comfy chairs, the blue stools next to the folding tables,the clean bathrooms, the TVs. I even noticed how beautiful the floors were. I was a professional figure skater and was on tour for 10 years on the road throughout North America and had to do my laundry while on the road in laundromats. East End Laundry is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in. Lake Placid should take notes… I made the mistake of going to that laundromat once and I won’t go back. Thank you for making a mundane task like doing laundry a great experience!
