Went in today after having issues with my charging port, which I was aware of dirt/dust getting in there. The gentleman was able to fix it right away! Did not charge me, just told me to let my buddies know about Smart Fix, which I did! Will be coming back. 5/5

I have been to see Jon at SmartFix twice now! :-D Once for my Apple laptop (spilled coffee) and another time for my iPhone 12 Pro (shattered glass). Jon was incredibly knowledgeable about both products. He shared a plethora of valuable information on each product right off the top of his head! I was very impressed. What I valued most though was how he conducts his business. Most businesses are driven to grow profit. With Jon, it's not like that at all. He is honest, and will tell you exactly what is best for the device and your situation - even if that means he loses business on his end. My granddaughter came to visit and the charger tip broke off in her phone. We brought it in and in a matter of seconds he had the tip out…no charge. He could have easily made money off us with the predicament we were in but instead asked that we just spread the word of his business. We are so appreciative!
