First time here. Very courteous, polite, welcoming. Even at a medical facility I felt comfortable. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember the names of the nurse and practitioner. Thank you for taking me with short notice.
This is a clean and comfortable facility. I walked in without an appointment, was seen within 15 mins. The staff was professional and attentive. This site has the capability of onsite testing for some of the labs I needed, which took mere minutes, which then gave the PA a diagnosis to treat me accordingly. Would highly recommend.
I can't say enough great things about Pulse Urgent Care in Mahopac! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and doctors made me feel completely at ease. Being new to the area without a primary care doctor, I was a little nervous, but they treated me like family.
Christy, in particular, went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did she help me find a primary care physician, but she also took the time to personally check in on me afterward to make sure I was doing okay. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care made all the difference during a stressful time. She's an angel 😇
