The best broker around! Rick went above and beyond to help us find our first home. He was patient and understanding with us being first time home buyers, and did a wonderful job guiding us through the entire process from the start of our search straight through closing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He is a great communicator, responds quickly, and answers our questions with thorough responses and without judgement. He always had our best interest in mind and always listened to our wants and needs. We can't say enough wonderful things about Rick - he is truly is the best out there, and we highly recommend him!

In the challenging times we find ourselves in these days we are flooded with much negativity through various means of media. I don't think I have to explain further on this. We recently purchased a home and used Ric Dutra from my My Seasons Realty in Mahopac New York. As many of us know, the Real Estate game can be one of the most frustrating emotional and "sparky" experiences in our life. Our deal found us with exposure of misleading representation from the sellers agent, Home Finders in Pleasantville New York. Being in the business of construction I have had many opportunity to deal with Real Estate Agents and I will tell you, as in all businesses there are good and bad, honest and not so honest,,,,I will leave it at that. Ric was the positive influence in this endeavor. Ric was a calming energy who was level, supportive and worked as the connecting force that finally made the purchase move forward. Ric is a straight shooter, honest and forthcoming and carries his Real Estate Agency in kind. Our experience with Ric was nothing short of pleasurable and secure.
