James continues to go above and beyond! We could not have asked for a better more trustworthy, professional person working with us on our Pool. Recently, there was some damage to our pool during an intense storm, James was over with his team working on solving and repairing the damage first thing the next morning. We spoke several times the night the damage occurred and worked to get us back up and running immediately! He and his team are the absolutely the best, he provides his cell phone so there is always an answer and never a worry that we have to wait until opening or deal with an answering service.

Better Pool Service is the best pool service I have ever used, and I've owned a gunite pool for 20 years. They are courteous, helpful, very knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond. Wonderful pool people! Thank you for making my opening so easy.

After another company opened our new-to-us pool incorrectly, I called Better Pool Services and they not only agreed to take me on as a new client while everyone else was booked for the season, but also fixed all my system issues and talked me through everything I need to know as a new pool owner. I feel so well taken care of and they really do offer Better Pool Services!
