After reading the mostly positive reviews about this business, I decided to give them a try. After waiting for a long time in the unimpressive waiting area, I was ushered into another "room" down an outside hallway (like an apartment building) to meet the tax preparer Veronica. Veronica was less than enthusiastic, peering over my 1099's and W'2's with disdain. It was clear she was not familiar with tax earners who used more than the standard 1040 form. Thank you very much for helping me correct my taxes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Joe was able to fix my error and got me a refund. Incredibly reasonable pricing and everything was completed in less than an hour. If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you! Excellent experience
