“Finally, I am here to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jenna, Tina, Shareis, and Harrison (for two sessions) at the Great Neck office. I needed only two months of physical therapy for a pain that I had for about ten years! Jenna is very gifted and knowledgeable in the care she gave, apparent in her plan for my exercises at home, and her strong massages over the sciatica nerve, which was causing me grief, while I was driving, sitting, and laying, from my butt all the down my right leg to my toes. “I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus in mid March on a Friday and started therapy the following Monday. I thought it would be too soon and that my recovery would take a long time. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. Jamie is amazing, Clo and Carrie have helped me to regain full mobility and Sam has been so awesome at helping me regain my strength. “What a great PT facility. I had a right knee replacement. My therapist was Sarah Kremen. I can't say enough how great she was. She was very kind, knowledgeable and took wonderful care of me. Sarah took her time with me. Explained what I needed to do to recover. Gave me homework to do and today I graduated. I am going to miss her but she sent me home with exercises to do to continue my recovery. I recommend the facility and Sarah. Kyle is great too. He helped me a few times when Sarah wasn't there. He explained how my back issues were impacting my Sacro-Iliac Joint, which in turn was affecting my hip and knee. His insight into how inflammation and pain in these areas can lead to arthritis, tendonitis, and even changes in muscle and joint alignment was eye-opening and something other doctors had overlooked.

Dr. Choi's precise diagnosis and understanding of the underlying causes led to a tailored treatment plan that addressed all of my discomforts effectively. After just one or two visits, I started seeing improvement and even managed to sleep better! The progress has been incredible, and I can hardly believe how much better I feel now.
