So I was walking by and I saw a guy from the exclusive corner window giving an awkward eye. I walked in and asked why? He said sit down and give it a try , You have long locks, and it looks like it’s been a really long time. The shop looked new and it seemed like a really chill vibe so I decided to actually give it a try. I said rookie you good with the scissors he said na fam but I’m gonna pass you to my man Flaco He got the scissors on smash the way Mexicans got the tacos. My baber Damon has been cutting my hair for 2 years now. Super chill dude that'll treat you like family and his cuts NEVER miss😤. All the barbers that work here are cool as well, it's like a real family environment. Good conversations to keep the vibes up and a quick cut that'll solve all your problems. Doesn't get better than that!
Came across this barbershop on ig and google maps. Coming from the city I needed a fresh barbershop that knew what they were doing. I tried a few spots in the area but they didn’t live up to the expectations. I saw Rookie on ig and asked him for availability and the rest was history ! All the barbers here have talent but Rookie hands down is the top! He takes his time with every cut , makes sure his line ups are crisp asf. His fades and straight razor work is hands down best in LI. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here and get a cut from any of the barbers here. If you having any doubts about this place because your new , leave em at the front door.
