We had water coming out of our fresh air intake vent and Jay came out to take a look. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through every step of what he was doing, which I really appreciated. He was upfront and transparent about pricing and never pressured us into anything. Overall, a genuinely great experience - Jay was professional, honest and easy to work with. I’d definitely use Mako Plumbing again.

Jay came to disconnect our old washer and dryer. He was very professional and worked very fast. While he was in our basement, he found a crack in one of our pipes that we established was important to fix. We were very appreciative that he was able to give us a good deal on this. Great service and would recommend!
