I’ve gotten numerous blowouts there and they were fabulous but I went in for highlights and and bleach sit on my hair for over an hour only to have the toner added be brown so my hair was super dark and then they added more bleach to lighten some parts and it came out orange. Worst hair color ever, I left in tears and they still charged me $200+… spent another $300 to fix at another salon and still mad at how the bleach destroyed my hair

I am always getting a haircut from Casey, and I can't be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I walk in, Casey makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. I used to be a regular customer at this salon. However, my last visit was disappointing. Before my appointment, I had washed my hair and asked the stylist if it needed rewashing or if cutting it as is would be fine. The stylist assured me it was okay to proceed without rewashing. Initially, the cut seemed fine, but l noticed the uneven results. Despite not being overly particular about my hair, the noticeable unevenness was concerning. I don’t think he was the owner or the older gentleman, he was the younger one.

I usually go to a different place but my hairstylist wasn't available so I decided to go here because I wanted a touch-up on my wolf cut and thought they'd be able to do it. I showed them a pic and they assured me they could do that. Whenever I would tell them "you don't need to curl it" or "you don't need to cut that much hair off" they would tell me to just trust that they knew what they were doing. at the end, they wanted me to pay $40 for what looked like a simple curl job (and my hair was no shorter than before). When I asked why my hair looked nothing like the pic I showed them they said: "because the girl in the picture has a different quality of hair than you" the girl in the picture was me -_- from a few months ago when I had first gotten the wolf cut. they were extremely rude thereafter, basically trying to convince me that the haircut I had was impossible to replicate (even tho it's literally just layered short hair) and made me pay the full price even though it was nothing like what I said. So rude and talked down to me, even after I told them the picture was of my hair. NEVER coming back here. expect to be blamed if they mess up your hair.

I was a walk-in on Saturday, it wasn’t busy, place was clean. Only needed a wash and style service which was $30 they said, and I got this man with reddish brown hair. They picked up my hair like I was being put on display to show in the middle of the salon and talking to each other I assume to determine the price I guess but it felt so embarrassing. First of all, NOT GENTLE AT ALL. He was so rough with scrubbing and washing my hair. I have fine thin hair, so I needed light scrubbing. After that when we got to the chair, he went straight into blow drying, so no hair products, heat protectant or anything at all. I was confused at first and waited 2-3 mins until I realized that the heat was on SUPER high and my scalp was burning, again because I have thin hair, I felt all the heat on my scalp. I had to explain to him for atleast another 2-3 mins to use heat protectant. He sprayed something on my hair not sure what it was but I didn’t want to waste my energy questioning. Then when he starting straightening my hair, literal FUMES was coming off of it!!! I was appalled. I understand that its heat but it must have been on the highest setting because I never experienced such thing at any other salon. And when I say fumes it was A LOT, I understand a few little moments of smoke here and there but the fumes/smoke was non stop. I wanted to cry because I was so scared of damage and further breakage. I only came here for an urgent styling service since I had an event, but will not be ever coming back!! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I’m genuinely so upset.

i have been going to this place for three years, yesterday i left very upset when i was insulted by the owner. I had a high risk pregnancy with my 9 month old daughter and have a three year old at home. After paying my bill the owner turns around and says to me “you put on weight”. something you should never tell a woman. To make it worse he kept it up with most girls want to be skinny but you don’t care it seems. I left there in tears, how do you tell a women who just had a baby this. I will NEVER be returning here again.

I went to this place to cut my hair.When I went to this place I said good afternoon the guy was on a call ☎️ he didn’t answer obvious he was busy then he took care of myself and attended me with a very serious faceHe wash my hair quickly and dry it with a towel with an unpleasant smell, I asked him if he had magazines to see haircuts and he replied angrily that no, I started looking for photos on my phone and I saw him as desperate then I showed him the photo he started cutting my hair I asked him to cut it more from the sides since I have plenty of hair and he got angry ?Then another Chinese come he knew how to cut better this one he cut it well and I left when I got home it was full of hair everywhere and it had the smell of a dirty towel I immediately washed my hairVery bad attention from the rude chubby ChineseI don’t recommend this placeI hate rude people !!!!!Service: Haircut

The salon's vibe was no frills, kind of sloppy with opened hair care products all out on open shelves. Was not much of ambiance,.. Lady who washed my hair was pleasant and did a good job. The guy who came up to me after I was seated in a chair didn't have the manner to greet or day hello or introduce himself. I showed him a few photos of the style I wanted. He glanced at them said he'd be able to duplicate the look, but the result was not that great. May be my hopes were too high. Price was regular, $48 for my mid back length hair, wash, cut, blow dry. I should have either stuck to my old hair dresser or ventured out to Queens...
