I hired this company to fix my ductless AC units. They charged me over $400 to clean my 3 units and said that was the issue. I also paid them over $2k for a hot water heater. 2 months later, my AC still doesn't work and my water heater was leaking from a pipe. Neil promised me he'd personally come by to look at the problem and after multiple texts, he stopped answering me. Very unprofessional

I, hired K.C.N. Heating & A.C., to install a mini split system in my daughter's room and another room. Everything was operable and installation was quick. However, upon having an electrical inspection, the electric inspector discovered that the wiring connecting the unit in my daughter's room was not up to code and could possibly spark a fire. The electric inspector disconnected the unit wires from the electrical box and advised me to call the company and have the company install the correct wiring. I contacted K.C.N.
