I can’t say enough great things about Jim and Thomas. They are professional, honest and kind. My install took a few days and everyday they were there my home was treated with respect and care. They were meticulous in their work. They took the time to listen and answer any questions that I had and were always willing to make changes (when possible) to locations of the equipment. Their work is tidy and the install looks amazing in every room and on the outside of my home. Jim was very responsive by phone and I never had an issue contacting him. Absolutely terrific experience from start to finish! Great team to deal with - courteous, prompt, good communication and very fair. Installed a split HVAC with two heads and couldn’t be more pleased about the process and the result. I’d use them again without any hesitation.
I had purchased units on my own for my house and didnt get them installed last year. I don't have time and quite honestly its not my forte, I had gotten ahold of Jim and he came right out and gave me a quote. He was back a short time later and I couldn't be happier.
