Dave was extremely kind and accommodating. He makes sure your pet is well taken care of and takes notes on what you do at home so he can do it there. Dave even stayed 30 minutes late for us to pick up our dog when we got stuck in traffic. Highly recommend using Tug Hill Kennels!

I’ve used Tug Hill Kennels a few times and absolutely recommend them!I trust David so much with my dog, that I left him there for a 6 week military rotation and had absolutely no worries in the world about my fur baby.He is so patient and kind with the dogs- and people too!I’m so grateful to have found such good folks and as long as I am stationed at Fort Drum, Tug Hill will be our Go-To kennel.100% recommend!

My husband and I had to board our dog and kitten for military training for two weeks. We made arrangements with David about a month in advance. He was really flexible as we dropped them off the day before we left and were able to pick them up a day early. Being able to get there within his two-hour window is helpful as we could afford to sleep in after traveling late the night before. Both animals were happy and David said they were well behaved.If the need ever arises again, I will definitely be using David's services. He's absolutely awesome!
