I was interested in moving an antique bedroom set from Stamford, CT to Ontario, Canada and needed some information and quotes when I put out an email to Transparent International Movers on Saturday morning. Within a couple of hours, I received an email stating that one of the reps would contact me and within 48 hrs, I received a call from Steve Brodie, who was incredibly informative and professional. Easy to speak with, knowledgeable and honest. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me in detail and highly recommend Transparent International Movers.

The sales process is very slick and helpful, this is the strength of this company. But it starts to break down from there. I realize there are things out of their control and they try to be up front about the layers of costs and unknown timing. My biggest issue and advice is DO NOT USE THEIR PARTNER INSURANCE COMPANY WTI world transit insurance brokers. Whoever these people are, WKW Webster are playing endless games on my claim. An eames lounge chair was broken in half. I understand accidents happen. That’s why you buy insurance.
