A complete train wreck of an experience. I have been using Will for several years and all is work has, as I just found out, wrong. He miscalculated several categories of information (i.e., mortgage interest payments), and I'm now forced to pay thousands in back taxes. Making matters worse, Will has not responded to my polite messages and phone calls seeking his assistance on these matters. I absolutely would never use Will again and I do not recommend you do so either.
My first year doing taxes with Will, and it was a very good experience! He was persistent and patient understanding my taxes giving me the best advice/solution for my business, his knowledge goes beyond taxes (finaces, mortgage) which is very helpful! Highly recommend
I own a small to medium consulting business and I'm happy I chose Tax Terminal, Will and Julian to handle my personal and business taxes. Super professional and they know their stuff. I appreciated them keeping me up to date on tax changes and implications for my business. I highly recommend any young urban professionals or businesses in LIC to pay them a visit. Super convenient location as well.
