Rudy's Barber Shop is a neighborhood barbershop that has been a staple for many years. Although it is now closed, it was previously known for its great barbers and reasonable prices. Clients praised the friendly and skilled barbers who made them feel calm and confident. The barbershop was a go-to destination for many, with some customers traveling from afar to get their hair cut there.
I just got a haircut from Abraham at Rudy's Barbershop, and it was one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I walked in with simple instructions, and he went above and beyond. He not only nailed the haircut but also cleaned up my ears, eyebrows, and anything else that needed attention. His attention to detail is incredible. The shop itself has a great vibe--friendly atmosphere and busy, which speaks for itself. I highly recommend Rudy's to anyone in Astoria, and make sure to ask for Abraham.
Friendly neighborhood barbershop now closed down :/ just went to get my haircut today but the place is closed unfortunately. Guess they sold the place. Sad to see them to go been going there for years
I am proud to tell everyone that Rudy has been cutting my hair since 1994.With the exception of Andy cutting my hair when Rudy is on vacation or off, (Andy does a great job) no one else cuts my hair. And I moved out of Astoria Queens back in 2004.If you need a haircut...Rudy's barbershop is the place to go.
