As others have written in English, if you try to make a reservation by phone, you will have to wait 3-5 minutes in silence with no hold music.However, it is better to keep on connecting without giving up.This ophthalmology clinic has a small number of employees, but patients keep coming in.Dr. Grandpa examines me carefully and gives me detailed instructions.The wait time is about 60 to 90 minutes at times.

My second visit for my daughter to get her eye exam. First visit I was there for 3 hours when I finally decided to reschedule. I was told by front desk there's only one doctor working. 2nd appointment I specifically asked for a day with more than one doctor. Sitting here again for 2 hours. 2 hours just to see the doctor then told to sit and wait another 20 minutes. What's the excuse now. There is no respect for other people's time. I wonder do they book so many people for the money. There is no reason for 20 people to be packed in a small waiting area during a pandemic. Was social distancing even considered?
