Express 1 in LIC is an excellent laundry service. Very reasonable and quick pickup. Very nice and professional on the phone and they do an excellent job with my clothes. These one star reviews are highly suspect, most likely competing stores trying to lower Express's rating. Don't believe them. I've never had a bad experience here.
The owner is chic and friendly if you ask her.
