Pains me to write bad reviews for small businesses, but I have to warn people not to take expensive pieces here. Two of my Theory dresses have loose threads in the sleeves, which I’ve owned for almost 3 years. I used to live in Brooklyn Heights and nothing ever happened to those dresses with my old dry cleaner (Coleman Cleaners), but they both came back damaged after dry cleaning here. I brought my dresses back to the store and showed them the damage, and they offered to fix it at a cost. I asked if they could fix it for free and they said no. I can sew so I fixed it myself. One of the owners is very nice, however, I would recommend taking expensive clothes elsewhere.

I tried this cleaner out while looking for a convenient dry cleaner near my apartment, and I asked for my Giorgio Armani suit to be dry cleaned, and within 2 days I was delivered my suit back to my apartment in a almost-new perfect condition.
