I wish I had called them sooner! I had family staying with me and the dryer was getting used more than usual, and clothes were still damp after a drying cycle. I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit.

The gentlemen who serviced my unit were prompt, polite, professional and thorough. They notified me of what they found, thoroughly cleaned the vents and dryer, removed mold and sterilized the system. All was dine in a clean, efficient and timely manner. They were a pleasure to work with and the pricing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Royal Vent Cleaning to service your home.

I called Royal Vent which was recommended to me by a number of people on a group that I am a member of. The owner Robin was a pleasure to deal with.
The 2 man team showed up on time and were in and out in 20 minutes. They were very professional and very nice. My vent line was short so that’s why it didn’t take long.
I plan on using them again
