Very good experience with today’s service visit. Mohamed and Martin were on time, polite, very competent and did all that was needed. No nonsense; honest and straightforward. I would be very happy to have them back again.

Erwin was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure our systems were fully functional. It’s guys like Erwin that keep us using Pam Air year after year.

Kenny was the best AC serviceman I had ever had, and I’m 79 years old. He was very, very knowledgeable, he explained things at a level that I could understand ,and was extremely thorough. He gave the units he worked on an extremely comprehensive review and repair, and he cleaned up afterward in a way that you would never know that he was there. He also, at the same time, managed an assistant who serviced the ceiling units in an expert manner. I am so glad that I signed up for the annual service contract with Pam Air.
