Being a good plumber is being a good detective. My navien unit was not delivering hot water, yet all common problems were eliminated . After going thru a check of pipes a d connections ,WALTER found a situation in the crawl unrelated to the navien . He's such a super sleuth !

Highland plumbing is the only plumbing company my family and I trust. They came over diagnosed a problem with a leak, got the parts and installed it same day. Can't get any better than that if you ask me. I will always be loyal to highland plumbing because the provide the best service paired with the best custermor service in the New York area. We payed for the install and they allowed us to grab the part ourselves!!!
