I would give zero stars if that was an option. I placed an order online, it arrived but I received the wrong product. I reached out to them via email and Instagram. They only responded on Instagram and told me I would have to return the wrong item before they would send out the correct item. I have reached out to them and said that doesn't make a lot of sense because they should provide a shipping label for me to return the incorrect item. I have a suspicious feeling this is all their scam, they send the wrong product and have you ship it back and then never send the correct item and then you are out money and the product you ordered. I would gladly return the incorrect item if they provided a return label since this is their error not mine. Please read reviews and don't order from this company.

Very poor communication and arrogant attitude. I ordered from Europe, paid for a product (75 dolars) + shipping (35 dolars) and couple of days AFTER sending me the package I started receiving harassing messages that I have to (?!) pay additional 25 dolars, because the shipping was more expensive than their own eshop calculated at the moment of the purchase. If you can, stay away from buying from an eshop which doesnt understand basic rules of shopping.

Placed an order for a gift set. The order was processed, charged and shipped. When I got the order one of items from the set was missing. I contacted the seller about the missing item , but got no reply. A few days later a refund was issued for the missing item. The item has been out of stock for a while. The second item from the order was part of the skincare set and is not needed separately ( as was purchased as a set). Have been trying to reach the seller for the past week via email and phone, zero response!!!! The sellers return policy states I have to get authorization to return and I will be charged all the shipping cost ( both ways). How unethical to purposely process my order knowing that one of the items is out of stock, still ship the order and now not reply to my requests to return the incomplete set. Wry poor business practices. The set is still listed as available, even though the Sun cushion is out of stock!! Beware!!!

Terrible customer service. Beware of discounts!! It's not a discount if there is a bundle - they actually change the bundle and do not send you all the items. I contacted them about this and asked for a return once I found out, but they only responded with a new invoice for the missing items! Will not order through them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They are a straight up scam. They sent the totally wrong product then attempted to gaslight me and say it was the correct one. I disputed through paypal and the company wouldn't reply to them. Paypal sided with me fully and now 3 weeks later the company is harassing me and calling me a scammer and spamming me with texts and calls. This company needs to be shut down and has been reported to the BBB and other authorities

Terrible communication, unprofessionalism, and money hungry for sure! I ordered 2 products worth almost $120. When I contacted them that they sent me a wrong moisturizer, they then tried to gaslight me saying that the brand changed for their name and packaging and it was final, mind you the product they send me is no where listed on their sight. I told them that myself (an esthetician) and another know for a fact the moisturizer and brand I originally ordered did not change. They then told me that I didnโt have to buy from them and could go somewhere else. Thankfully I used my PayPal account and PayPal reimbursed me for the wrong product. Do not buy from them, youโll never hear back and if you do, itโs not pleasant.

I ordered the products online and after 10 days it was still not sent to me. When I ask, when it will reach to me, I get no answer and now suppose it is a fraud. Don't recommend and still hope I will receive an answer and a product
