he was super friendly, my favorite part was how fast the glasses game because I needed them done quick before leaving to college. the frames I got were comfortable and sturdy, definitely recommend.

Chris was so nice when we arrived needing an adjustment to some frames my son had that were slipping off his face. We were in town from London, my son left his glasses in the airport lounge, we got a replacement pair from an online provider, and he was super gracious and immediately fixed them for us! Next time we need glasses and we r in the Long Beach area, we will head here! He has a lab on site and can turn around a new pair in about a day!!!
