Visiting from out of town, needed a place to go. Staff was friendly and professional, and the place was very clean and relaxing. I will say they're big on the up sell, but would not be a deterrent at all from me returning.

I’ve been to Birchill nails many times, and I have no complaints with just a regular manicure, but when I got acrylics, they were crooked and messy. It is a nice staff, but my nails looked trashy. Even worse, one nail tip fell off, and my real nail was green. This made me remove all the nails quickly. Many of my nails were green, which ended up being a fungal infection. I don’t know how this happened but I know many people who get acrylics done often (at different nail salons), and this has never happened to them.Service: Acrylic nails

Visiting from the Palm Beach FL. area...I had no idea where to go for a full set of nails. Two recommendations led me to Birchhill Nails...They fit me in as soon as I called! I had a UV gel / pink and white full set...And I couldn't be happier! The quality is second to none. Hannah is fantastic! The salon is comfortable and quaint, there was great music and a peaceful vibe. Their price was almost $20 less than other salons but you'd never know it. Honestly the best I've had in years. I'll be back!
