When my AC went out at the top of the summer season, my home warranty came through, but barely. However, through my warranty I was matched with the amazing team at Powell's who really made the difference in my AC replacement situation. Erick was so patient and took the time to really troubleshoot my A/C. Then he educated me about the system in great depth. He went above and beyond! This was on top of great service by the receptionist who listened to my issue, answered the phone, and got me on the schedule quickly in a crisis. I could not be happier!
