When my AC went out at the top of the summer season, my home warranty came through, but barely. However, through my warranty I was matched with the amazing team at Powell's who really made the difference in my AC replacement situation. Eric was very helpful and thorough. He walked me through the process, his findings, and came back later in the day to fix an issue that he identified. Will be using for my HVAC needs going forward.
